Where required, our structural steel fabrication and installation is delivered to project specifications and relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1554.1:2014 for welding and AS 4100:2020 for steel structures.

Fabrication is completed with consideration for transport, lifting, access and installation sequencing.

Structural Steel Installation

Our installation teams install fabricated steelwork safely and accurately in live and controlled environments. Installation services include structural steel erection, integration with mechanical and pipework systems, crane, rigging and lifting operations, and working at heights and confined space works. All installation is completed in accordance with site safety requirements and project specifications.

Review and Planning

In-House Drafting Support

Our in-house drafting capability supports accurate fabrication and installation. This includes workshop drawings, structural detailing, connection details and integration with mechanical layouts. Accurate drafting reduces installation issues and rework onsite.

Fabrication and Welding

Structural steel fabrication is completed in our Warragul workshop by experienced trades. This includes cutting, fabrication and fit-up, qualified welding procedures, controlled fabrication processes and preparation for transport and installation.
